Meal & Rest Times

Healthy eating is an important part of each of our class room's daily routine. We provide a nutritious morning and afternoon tea and personally supervise your child's breakfast, lunch and snack times.

Children bring their own lunch box, however we can assist you with nutritional ideas for lunch time and the centre has a library of great ideas to help make lunch time fun.

A supervised rest time is part of our daily routine. While children are not forced to sleep, we encourage them to rest quietly or read on their beds.
