Noosaville Childcare & Pre School Centre is registered for families to receive CCB, CCR & JET depending on each families circumstances. Your child must be assessed for childcare before enrolling to be able to receive any of the following if eligible. Please find more information regarding these below.
Child Care Benefits
This is a means tested payment which is a percentage based on your income that will reduce your fees. It is availability if you are a parent, foster parent or grandparent with a child in your care who is attending child care. There are certain eligibility requirements you must meet to get Child Care Benefit.
You can receive Child Care Benefits if:
- You have a child in your care who meets the immunisation requirements
- You and/or your partner meet residency requirements (or have an exemption)
- your child attends approved or registered care and you have the liability to pay for the cost of your care
- you meet the income test

Child Care Rebate
The Child Care Rebate is additional assistance if you use Child Care Benefit approved child care, and you are working, studying or training at some time during the week or have an exemption. This covers 50% of your out-of-pocket costs up to the annual limit, regardless of your income. Currently the Child Care Rebate annual limit is $7,500 per child per year.
You can get the Child Care Benefits if:
- you have used approved child care during the year
- you have been eligible for Child Care Benefit (entitled at a rate of zero percent or more)
- you have passed the Child Care Benefit work, training, study test (for the purposes of the rebate).

Jobs, Education and Training Child Care Fee Assistance (JET)
This provides extra help if you are a parent on an income support payment and looking for work, studying or starting employment. Access to JET is time-limited depending on the study, training or employment activity that an eligible parent undertakes.

Immunisations
All enrolled children at Noosaville Childcare & Pre School Centre must have their immunisations up to date before enrolling.
Allergies/Asthma
If your child has an allergy we will require you to have an action plan filled out by your doctor prior to enrolling. Having an action plan for your child’s allergy will mean we can manage it by following your child’s plan at Noosaville Childcare & Pre School Centre.

Kept Me
We track your child’s learning journey online at Noosaville Childcare & Pre School Centre by using the online program Kept Me. You are able to view your child’s day and observations by suing your own personal login. Please visit Kept Me Website for more information.
